Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
- Able to constantly multi-task under pressure.
- Excellent in using a PC and be very proficient in Word and MS Office.
- Very accomplished at using Excel.
- Have good communication skills.
- Able to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines.
- Friendly and helpful with an excellent telephone manner.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, deadline orientated environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English
What you’ll be doing
- Ensuring suppliers send appropriate documents for containers
- Ensuring orders are shipped on time
- Updating information on the system
- Checking documents
- General administration duties
- Speaking with customers on the telephone
- Processing customer orders within our system
- Answering all customer queries by email
